The 2026 World Cup will be held from June 11 to July 19 in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Uzbekistan has been drawn into Group K, where it will face Portugal, Colombia, and DR Congo. The Netherlands are in Group F and will play Japan, Sweden, and Tunisia.

The Netherlands are 7th in the FIFA rankings, while Uzbekistan are 50th.
