Uzbekistan identifies a driver who accumulated more than 12 penalty points

The man was summoned to the Traffic Safety Department (UBDD), where the points начисленные over the year under the new system were confirmed. The materials are being prepared for submission to the court to decide on revoking his driver’s license.
